So as the title suggests, I eat only one meal a day and it is almost always pizza. Apart from that I drink a lot of beer.
I haven't really been getting sick, so i figure this is a good way for me to lose some weight. Does anyone else behave in this way?
Not too mention in can cause problems i.e. high colestrol etc.
I suggest if you want too lose weight try and get a healthy diet. I used to be a fat child until I took up boxing and then I lost weight but I had a healthy diet btw the contested atkins diet worked a treat for me I can not say nothing bad about it. =)
