				You&apos;re probably right. People are probably talking behind your back. But everyone does that to everyone. It doesn&apos;t mean they hate you it just means you piss people of sometimes just like your friends piss you off sometimes.

One thing you need to know about highschool is it&apos;s nothing like the real world. Everyone, even the &apos;cool&apos; kids are really insecure. Because everyone is insecure they try and make themselves feel bigger by picking on people beneath them in the pecking order. It&apos;s hard, but the best thing to do is to relax and not let them affect you. People really respect others who accept who they are and don&apos;t let themselves get upset over nasty jibes. I only learnt this after highschool and I said some things I shouldn&apos;t have and let myself get hurt by things I should&apos;ve laughed off.				</description>

 Now sweetie, I don&apos;t think people hate you. Write one good reason why they wouldn&apos;t. Trust me I use to feel like that in 6th grade when I cursed them out in the internet in the summer. Than when 7th came I thought everyone hated me. it turns out no one did. Im in 10th grade now and all those girls are my bestfriends. The one&apos;s i thought who hated me and talked behind my back. 

 Just be open minded and confront them and ask. If it&apos;s all true who cares. You don&apos;t need them. Find people who do like you for who you are.

Now to answer your question. One way for you to be happier is:

1. Breath in and breath out slowly
2. Think about good things you&apos;ve done to these people
3. Write it down
4. Now think about bad things you&apos;ve done to these people.
5. Write that down.
6. Next if the list of good things is longer then no worries they shouldn&apos;t hate you
7. Now if the bad things is longer, correct your mistakes. Apologize; Tell them how you feel; 
8. Next think about all this after you did it. Then relax and have fun.
