I get angry for no reason

Lately, I've been getting angry for no reason. It's normal for me to snap at people I know for no reason other then they are "annoying" me but I don't know why. I just switched to a new town and I don't get to see my olds friends really anymore. But, even the thought of being with them makes me angry for no reason. I can't understand what my underlying anger is, I used to always be happy and cheerful. I don't know if it's the fact I moved or the new bad eating habits I've developed (if those are factors). Help me please

I feel the same way! Lately I have been getting so angry with everything. I think the reason for me is because I've been holding so much in. I don't express myself to the people I really need to express myself to.

I've been angry with my friend for ditching me all the time... she's such a flake!. I've been angry with my family because they have no respect for any of my opinions or ideas. And the list goes on.

I think what both of us need to do is write down all our feelings in a journal. Maybe writing letters to those that we are angry with would help.... just as long as we rip them up afterwards. These techniques have helped me before... I just need to not be lazy and actually do them.

Maybe this is just your body's emotional response to stress. Some people become depressed, some people try and shut out worries with vices, and some people become really irritable. I think you're normal. Just try and take care of yourself, this will probably go away as stress goes away.

puberty man puberty when i hit puberty i was mad at the world i got like in so many fights i got a kick out of it fighting seemed to give me a high i used to be a calm kid real social then puberty i was out of my mind i got tazed by a cop and got away after that i thought i was invinceable

Normal-is-Weird
There are a lot of things that could cause this. There could be anger management issues, stress and anxiety, lack of good nutrients to your brain, or brain problems even. The best thing you should do is eat food that's good for you, drink water and get at least 8 hours of sleep a night. If those don't help after a couple of weeks, sign up for a psychologist (don't be scared, they will be there to help)

if you're a young girl then its just the effeects of puberty.
But otherwise, just cmon seriously my cousins 3 year old kid snaps for no reason
