I used to be afraid of telling people I didn't like dogs because of the stigma created by dog owners in our society: that if you don't like dogs then of course - you’re some kind of horrible person. After all, who could not like dogs? There must be something wrong with you. No more. I'm totally open now and I don't give care who knows or what other people think.
I don't care about their so called personalities. Dogs are one of the most vile, unclean, disgusting creatures of the face of the earth. They are dirty. Carry fleas and spread parasites and disease. They require constant attention and costs (food & medical). They bark. They smell. And they are VERY JUDGMENTAL to guests and people they don't know. Not only that you run the risk they will bite someone and you will be sued. Dogs are responsible for recorded 4.7 million bites in the USA. 1 of 6 requires medical attention costing over 1 billion USD per year. There are 75 million REGISTERED dogs in the USA. The most insane thing is when they bite someone and the dog owners say the person “must” be a bad person and probably deserved it. Just watch court TV if you don’t believe me!
One thing is true they have a superior sense of smell. So they do have use for police and military purposes. Yet in spite of this marvelous fact; there is nothing they enjoy more than eating feces (any kinds imaginable) and rolling in shit. It's disgusting. Yet people still tolerate them under these circumstances. It just blows my mind. Did you know packs of dogs were one of the biggest threats to stone age man?
I live in Long Beach in an 18 story high-rise. There are SO MANY DOG OWNERS and so many dogs within a 10 block radius you hear them barking all the time at ALL hours of the day and night. And nobody does anything about it.
Almost ALL of the dog owners use their dogs for attention and EXPECT everyone to like and compliment their dogs. For instance when I'm in the elevator people will let their dogs come up to me and of course the little fucker will rub it's wet nose (which was in its asshole) into my leg or expensive freshly pressed pants! The owner says "oh sorry about that she always does that.
Dogs are SO JUDGMENTAL. They stare at you and bark at you for no reason. If you are in someone's house and the dog does not like you then of course the owner *knows* something is wrong with you. This kind of thing really pisses me off.
