You can not empathize with this feeling at all?

To the OP. For me, this is a constant but I didn't wonder if it was normal because my thoughts don't need to be validated when you cut me off on the highway or do the predictable song and dance routine of an oh so well crafted persona.

I have a theory that it has to do with sensory overload and hyper connectivity. I became less irritated with people the further I got from the city but then alas, more jaded when I found out they too were devoid of virtue and esteem. Humility goes a long way, but without any thought behind why one would strive to be humble and just being humble for humility's sake. Well, I think you can tend to lose your path in others and turn out to be that same inconsiderate type.

I personally am not bored by people, so much as I think society as a whole is both encouraging and getting off on sub par behavior.

It's like watching a very insecure, ditsy but beautiful young woman struggle internally with her place in the world, while attempting to project some aura of confidence because she knows she's at least got the looks going for her. Only, it's really 99.9% of the U.S. population now. Everyone's desperately trying to explain themselves when there's really nothing at all to explain. No one's unique, better, worse or special. Therein lies the rub!
