Twice in the past two days I've had to ask my upstairs neighobor in out apartment complex to turn his stereo, and yes, he's black. I was called a white honky jive ass muthfafuckah, so I notified the manager.
I moved here after selling a condo a few months after a white absentee landlord turned a block of neighboring condos into Section 8 welfare housing. The place became a crime ridden black ghetto in less than a month, so I sold the place for thousands of dollars less the sale price of identical condos in primarily white areas. But the black plague followed me here in the form of loud talking, stereo blasting, race baiting lowlifes.
Now,I lived in predominatly black area for 11 years. I was lucky in that I only got beaten up, had my car stolen and home burglarized once in three separate incidents.
I am not going to run out of my home again. Instead I am going to buy a shotgun and take up martial arts. I am 68-years-old and beyond caring what people think. In fact, what anyone thinks of me is none of my businees. I leave people alone as long as I am left alone.
As for the noise upstairs, the apartment manager broke the party up. A temporary fix. I intend to make it permanent.
