IS it normal to hate tiems new roman and most other serif fonts? Even in books were the typefaces almost always appear.
Do you think it's normal?

YES, dude I'm like that. I hate reading books and stuff in it, and I ALWAYS change the font on Word and stuff.

It irks me sooo much.

Yes, its a really irritating font with all the spindliness and extra bits. Get Word 2007, default font is now Calibri - much nicer!

It really makes no difference. It's just a font. I didn't know some people were so emotionally effected by fonts.

hes a comedian and on his dvd he mentions walking past some one who said to there friends " i hate times new roman "

I remember a comedien making a joke about this recently but as soon as he said it I was like "Hey, I hate Times New Roman!" it really does annoy me far more than it should.

It most definitely is the ugliest of the fonts. You are so normal for disliking the Times New Roman !! lol
