I have huge hands for my height.

I have really big hands for a girl. I mean huge! Just to give you an idea, I have been palming a basketball since I was 13! The thing is I am only 5 feet 6 and I look kind of silly with such big hands for my height. I think I was meant to be over 6 feet tall.

Are there any other girls out there that have giant hands for their height?

We are all made differently and what is right for one will be wrong for another. I doubt you are alone with this. Learn to accept it and use it to your advantage. I am sure it will not have any serious consequences on your life or your lifestyle.

You didn't say how old you are, so you may still grow into your hands. But it really doesn't matter. Big hands can come in "handy"! I mean, you can open jars other people can;t, and hold a lot more candy at the movies. I wish I could palm a basketball! :-) It's normal, and just like some guys like short girls or tall girls, others like girls with big hands.

There was an episode of Seinfeld about you!! Ahh, that's mean and I'm sorry. But seriously, you are who you are and can't change that. Big hands ... HA ... you're lucky. How about all those kids dying from cancer, or kids who had accidents and had their arms and or legs amputated? Would you rather be crippled? Or how about being grateful that God gave you such large and powerful hands. Perhaps there's a reason for it. Maybe your lifes work will depend on you having such strong hands. Maybe someday you'll say to yourself, " this is a blessing and not a curse!" Large hands should be the least of your concerns, honestly. Don't let the superficial, lobotomized, celebritized, reality TV infested part of our society bring you down. I personally find big hands sexy on a lady. ;)

5'6 is tall for a girl. Maybe that's why your hands are big.
