i have sex dreams about a girl i went out with

I have this friend who is a girl, a hot girl, but i always have fantasies about her and i have sex dreams about her. I've known her since 3rd grade (we are 14). What should i do about it? i mean i do enjoy them but it makes it hard to talk or look at her without imagining her naked. is that normal?

She always says she loves me even though we don't go out anymore but every time i am about to ask her out i find out she has just another boyfriend. She knows i love her too, truthfully she is the only girl i have ever "loved".
