I've got the fear of germs, fear of dirt, fear of electricity, fear of torture, fear of too much light, fear of public groups, fear of being touched, fear of looking at moving things, fear or dirty/wripped tisue/paper/toilet roll. What do I do with all these abnormal approaches of fears?

All seriously though, if you break down the statistics of what could go wrong with what does go wrong, the percent is extremely low. Worrying about little things or stuff that is rather mundane is just a huge time waster.
Just think of all the time you have wasted worrring about trivial crap and what it has caused you in your life. If you are afraid of little things, are you happy with your relationships that you have had or have you even been in one? What about the fun a person gets out of just being stupid, have you done anything stupid that would make a great story LATER in life?

Lastly, if you are truly afraid of life, will you be happy when you are 85 years old on your death bed? I doubt it, so go out and take some risks and stuff and enjoy life. Just don't be stupid.
