I do this too, and so does my dad, so I guess it's genetic. Is there some scientific term for people who laugh a lot, and sometimes can't stop laughing at things that don't really seem that funny to others?

I do that, well not burst out laughing but laugh a bit randomly, I also go depressed randomly too.

Everyone does that. I've been on crowded buses and trains in NYC and done that. DO i get weird looks?, yes! but its normal.

i do that in a class, then i get in trouble by the teacher cuz thats a quiet class, well the studens are, i am too but i just laugh and cat stop unless i stop thinking about it! Then i stay like that for one sixth of the class! and then again for like 3 more times. lol its embarrassing, but so funny!

I do this all the time. People think I'm very odd when I do it at the store. My family is used to it and they just calmly ask me what I'm thinking about.

I am the exact same way. I have always been like that. I can remember my brother and I laughing hysterically at the supper table, during family dinners. Our parents used to get so mad, and the more we tried to stop laughing, the harder it was to stop, and the more we laughed. We still do this, and we're both in our 20s. Sometimes we'll think of something funny from 15 years ago! I also do this at work, home, on the bus, etc. People are starting to think I'm a certified nut.
