Completely normal. Like xholliebx said you should try out being a naturist. There are camps and resorts that are clothing optional and it's really a lot of fun. I've never been so comfortable and it's great not worrying about what to wear!

Being nude in your home can take a lot of stress off. Sleeping nude never hurt anybody either.

I think it is normal. I am nude right now as I write this. I feel very good being nude. Shortly I will go take a walk in the woods nude. It is a wonderful feeling.
