No, this isn't a joke. There are millions of us the world over. It's actually very common, but rarely talked about due to it's socially embarassing nature and the misconception that some people have that it involves real children.
Some like acting as babies or babyish thing, other like the feel of diapers and/or using them. Many fall inbetween. Some find it sexual, others not (It's like an emotional need kind of.)

And the fetish itself DEFINATELY has NOTHING to do with pedophiles-- may fantasize about being children, but don't fantasize -about- them.

I quite agree. I've wet my bed my entire life and once I was diagnosed with a neurogenic bladder started wearing disposable's during the day to go along with my cloth diapers with plastic pants overnight. Now instead of having to go 20 times a day I stay relaxed and much more content staying diapered 24/7.

If I could change and stop wearing diapers I wouldn't, I love wearing diapers more than anything.
