I have something sticking off of my face...it has 2 holes and I can suck air up into them...I can also sense when my mom is cooking good food with this thing and when my brother has let out a fart....is this normal?

That is known as a NOSE. If you think it weird, go to a cosmetic surgeon and ask them to remove it, it'll cost a bit but its worth it
