				No offence, and this is for your own good... people who feel stronger when they are with a group of people are usually characterized by:
and a weak personality
they compensate for their weak personality by acting loud, as in hiding it.... a group usually empowers because there is a feeling of belonging and group members can stand up and agree on your views.
I reckon your problem is that you are too used to doing things in group and with another person. I recommend that you spend less time with your group and start exploring life on your own. Have a friend stay with you in the beginning, because the level of stress can be overwhelming and it is always nice to have a friend who supports u.
Trust me, all you need is the first time, and then you&apos;ll do it on your own.
