i'm a teacher and i am deeply in love with my 15 year old student and i think she also knows that i love her. it gets worst everyday, she's all i think from day 'till night. it already changed my behavior at school and i can't take it anymore. i have to do something!?!?!?!
but you have to change schools.
Good Luck and remember she's underage
I doubt any teacher would have terrible grammar errors as you have. Please do something worth your time. This is not funny at all.
And to hellojellohw - this might not be a joke. there are so many teachers at my school who cannot spell and make many grammar mistakes when it comes to their own work.
So, now that we have established the normality of the situation, let's address some solutions. I am assuming that you know this girl well enought to confirm that you are genuinely in love with her, as opposed to merely infatuated with her looks? If it is just a physical attraction, then forget it, but if it's really love... well, love knows no boundaries.
1. You can choose not to act, and continue as normal, gradually becoming more bitter, until she finds someone else, falls in love and you die unhappy and alone.
2. You can move schools and attempt to strike up a relationship with her, now that the teacher-pupil relationship obstacle is removed
3. You can pull a move on her now - might work, might not - but odds are, sooner or later people will find out
It happens.
:)
But heed this warning... If she doesnt know, wait. Wait until its legal. If somebody finds out, well then its all over. and i dont just mean your relationship.
Surely there's no reason you guys can be friends until she's 18 (providing you live in the states), even though you are teacher and student, just dont get too close. I'm friends with alot of my old highschool teachers, and sometimes i go out to clubs with my old english teacher. hehe. Shes crazy. of course i know this is a bit different now, since im 20, but i was good friends with them even back when i was 15 and 16 years old.
But TheIncorrigible is right, if its just a physical attraction, your best bet is to drop it.
best wishes
I met my current love when i was 15.
I was underage and obviously he was older. much older :P
But that was five years ago, and we've been together ever since.
Love is love, no matter what angle you look at it from.
Not.
Seriously, you do know that you CANNOT act on your feelings, right? Okay.. I don't know what to say. DONT TELL HER!
Treat her like any other student, avoid makeing eye contact with her. She's probably severly freaked out as it is. I had that problem once. her's, not yours. I was rather scared that my teacher was deeply in love with me. Altohugh I don't think that anymore. It was really creepy, he was old. But he's retiring now, so it's all good, anway.
Just take a break and breath for a while.
It's okay to be attracted. I'll be honest that I thought about it but man, 14. My daughter was 14. I saw her as a daughter--she didn't have a living father and I have always seen that it was a mixed up feeling for her. They're girls, going through a lot of stuff. The worst thing you could do is indulge because she's got a long life to live-relatively--before she's an adult.
You can't do anything. If it's that tough, leave the school. Otherwise be a man and act gallant. Understand that you're attracted to her but that's all it can ever be.
The girl I'm referencing and that attraction? I'm going to be at her wedding next month. She's a great person and I'm so proud of her. She just turned 28. The attraction is still there--by her admission and I had to fess up my own feelings one night as we ended up sitting and drinking. But nothing happened. She's got a great man that's not old enough to be her dad. I respect her, my daughter, and myself too much to have even ever done anything, even as adults.
Be gallant, be a man. Understand your attraction is natural but don't act on it. That's a good lesson for her too.
she's underage
BACK TO THE TOPIC:
I suggest you to search for another woman and change schools ASAP.
If it isn't, I apologise but I'm 99.9% sure.
