I'm in love with my friend

Okay so I've been best friends with this guy for 3 years, and I think I'm in love with him. Lately we've been getting pretty flirtatious and from some of the things he says I think he feels the same way about me. He's a shy kind of guy and I think he's scared about saying exactly how he feels. I'm thinking about just telling him, but I'm scared. I'm a senior in high school and he's a junior, and I'm not sure I can do the whole long-distance college relationship thing. If we went out I'm terrified we would end up breaking up, and I can't stand the thought that our friendship wouldn't be the same because he's the most important person in the world to me. I love him so much and I just don't know what to do.

Actions speak louder then words in my book, just find a quite place/time with him and just kiss him, if he kisses back chances are he digs you.

Listen, you can go out with peopole and split without there being a end to the relatonship! I have co-workers that have told me that they ended relationships and even marriages and kepth the friendship going! Make the move let him know how you feel! Look at it like this what if you don't make your move and he finds some one else and they tell you how GRAet he is they have the perfect relationship! Then you go get married have 3 kids and the guy kicks you out for his secretary!

so actually he asked me out on saturday! and of course I said yes. And we totally get each other partly from being friends for so long. I just know it's going to work out. :-)

that is awsome luck i was in love with my friend and in the excat same situation as you (except from the male perspective) but unfortunatly i didnt brake up with this idiot and relize i had a chance till to late
