ok, so i am 17 years old and i am totally 100% in love with my minister at church. it's a united christian church so he can get married and date. i dont know how it happend. he started like 2 years ago and at that time i didn't really like him but now i can't stop thinking about him. just recently he's started talking to me more. maybe he knows i love him, because i am the obvious person alive. anyways he is 42 and everyone even my mom says hes not very good looking. but i think he is so sexy. is this normal?

Back on topic, yes those feelings are normal. Young girls are sometimes attracted to older men because they seem more ''manly'' and ''powerful'', and in the case of being your minister, he seems like a father figure to you, which makes you feel close to him. I think 17 is WAY too young for 42, but the feelings in and of themselves are normal.
