I need to put some kind of sauce on EVERYTHING I eat

All my life whenever I eat something, I feel a need to use some kind of sauce (something hot/chili preferrable) to complete the taste. I usually find myself breaking a sweat and panting because of all the chili I'll add to almost anything, but it just tastes so goood :)

If I don't use hotsauce on a meal I will feel unsatisfied... is that normal?

hmmm... and what about icecream? what chili sauce is good with it???
anyway, i think it's normal but kinda strange. besides, hot sauses don't do your stomach good. if i were you, i'd try to control the use of sauses with meal, even if i liked it so much as you do.
I have actually tried cholula hot sauce on some vanilla ice cream, and it was terrible lol. Caramel sauce, chocolate sauce, strawberry etc for ice cream :)

I guess I've built up a tolerance for hotness, it doesn't really ever upset my stomach or anything, even if it was killing me during the meal.
I also love hot sauce on just about everything. I think is is actually addictive, really. When you eat spicy foods (or sauces) the hottness releases endorphins from your brain, and this is why people like us enjoy hot foods. Even though our tongues tell is it hurts, the endorphines tell us it is awesome. I put sauces on everything, not always hot sauce but some kind. my motto: if it aint hot i can make it hot
