I NEED TO SEE PEOPLES FEET
OK, It's not a fetish. its not even sexual. whenever I'm in public and people are wearing sandals or flip flops, i NEED to see their feet. It's almost as important as seeing their faces. I look at their faces first, then feet, then faces again. Adults, males, females, old, young, teens, mid age, babies, kids, just ALL PEOPLE.
MY self reasoning is....You can tell a lot about someone by looking at their hands faces and feet. Since we see hands so often, I'm not as crazed to look (i still do). But since a lot of people wear shoes a lot of the time, when they don't, i need to just SEE THEM.
SO.....IS THIS NORMAL?

Well i certainly would want to make sure i was wearing good shoes around you. We usually tell more from looking at a persons face/ body expressions so it is unusual.
