increase your liquid input more water and also drink allot of cranberry juice also go the herbed section of the store and pick up some cranberry extract check the bottle directions normally 2 pills bid (twice daily) x 1 week with at least a leader of water a day. cut back on the soda and such if your not on a health diet.. if in a week or so it dose not clear up see a doc it can be related to some major MAJOR issues rather then a basic infection.
