Personally, I don't think you had pubes, you may want to ask the dr. why you are taking so long to develop, this is probabley down to hormones.

The doctor won't ask you about it unless you have issues with how your body is developing.

Doctors are rarely interested in such aspects of personal grooming.

Unless of course your doctor is one of those religious nuts who will see shaving down there as a sinful act indicating sodomite influence, in which case he was going to find something to rail about anyway.

If anyone asks, just say they were getting caught in the elastic of your boxers, and you got tired of hairs "down there" getting ripped out. Anyone who still gives you flack after that explanation is clearly a pervert and a pedophile, and you need to call the cops about them.
