Dude that's not normal, find yourself another doctor before something bad happens
ya thats messed up u gota get checked by a good Dr.. my Dr does that so im guna go to another one its always best to get a few ppls opinions..
Your symptoms would make more sense to a practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine than to a regular Doctor.
The smell you describe is what a Chinese doctor would call "scorched" and the body heat and nose-bleeds would be defined as "Full Heat in the Blood"
Acupuncture or a course of Chinese herbs would most likely be very effective for your condition.
i think something is wrong with your blood content or sweat gland
Could be a maligiment tumor, usually smell a burning smell when you have one of them...check your doctor, don't waste time
thats not normal....see another doctor

My (New) Doctor told me what it was he found a wood enzyme in my blood so when I sweat it comes out when it drys it smells like burning wood. It's beyond me how I got in me maby its from being in the woods to long.
This makes no sense.
It is called spontaeous combustion, keep a fire extiguisher next to your bed because you will wake up one night and be ON FIRE MAN!
Hmmmm, I'm going to step up and confess that last year I had a very similar situation. I would often smell smoke, like burning wood smoke 24/7 no matter where I went. Oddly though no body else said they smelled it, but I really didnt ask. I too sweat a lot, and very easily lately and my skin feels hot.
There is no such thing as a wood enzyme in the blood. Your story is made up. Why do people do that? So fricking lame
