This just started happening recently but when I close my eyes at night, it feels like someone is shining a bright light into my eyes and I squint. I don't see any light but i squint like I do. I have never had any eye problems and don't wear glasses. is this normal?

I get irritated like my eyes rnt in the right place under my eyelids but maybe ur eyes r dry??
