I talk to my dog, and she has tons of nicknames. And they do understand some of what you talk to them about, if it's on a regular basis.

no its not normal, but its not wrong. you just have a greater love of dogs than most people

if u don't talk to them how can an animal trainer train an ANIMAL human is animal too :-)

My dad talks to our dogs and me, my sister, and my dad all have several nicknames for them. I say it is on the borderline of being normal
