I started working at this pizza place a few months back. There is this girl that works there whom I took interest in right away. She was from another town so I didn't know much about her. For three weeks or so we didn't say much to each other; she started working there the same time I did. Then when we started to talk and get to know each other I developed a sort of crush on her, at least that's what I thought it was at first. I've never had a crush last this long though and I can't keep her off my mind. In fact, I fear I may have fallen in love with her. I told a fellow co-worker I planned on asking her out and he informed me she had a boyfriend. This was news to me since through all the talking we did she never mentioned him. The reason I "fear" I may have fallen in love with her is because she is taken and there seems to be nothing I can do. I seldom go ten minutes without thinking about her. This has gone on for a couple of months now and I don't see it getting any better in the near future. I though somebody out there might have some helpful advice on what to do. At times she complains about how her boyfriend doesn't call her or spend much time with her and seems unhappy. I have been thinking about just telling her how I feel. I know there is a good chance I'll get rejected, but thought perhaps if I knew for certain it would get her off my mind. If anyone has seen the show Frasier and is familiar with the subplot of Niles' secret love for Daphne, my story is very similar. What should I do?
like, 'everything moves in slow motion when i'm with you. it's like my mind wants to every tiny detail of an moment i spend near you. i'm always afraid you'll heart the jackhammer sound my heart makes when i'm close to you. i don't know what you feel but i needed to tell you this because i feel like my blood on fire in my veins every time i know you are near & when you are away from me i feel this constant restless need to have you close to me, hear you laugh & know you are happy. i want to give you anything you need. let me make you happy.'
got abit carried away. hehe!
If she does help you when you are in need, you should ask her out cause there is a great chance she will say yes, you never want to wait too long, miss your chance now and you will never get it again.
Well you work in a pizza place. Thre is nothing wrong with that don't get me wrong I did off and on for 10 yrs. That job isn't the top of the food chain. I mean you can advance. Here's a plan. Keep talking to her and being a freind. At the same time work your ass off. Show her you are the best there. Then when you are out of work, work on advancing yourself. Get your education and get a better job show her what she's missing. you never know, she may split with him and look your way.
