I smoke weed because it keeps me level. and by level i mean before i smoked weed i was angry and violent. since i started i am mellow (big surprise.) I don't smoke more than like a bowl a day at the most. Sometimes not at all. But every 2 or 3 days i absolutley have to or else i will go right back to being a dickhead. Anyone else?
At the moment it's clear that you're puffing the chiba specifically for the purpose of preventing an outburst, and from personal experience I can tell you this most certainly does not help - quite the contrary - makes it worse.
Any habit can become an addiction through dependence. Don't be an addict just because you think you need to. You don't.
And finally, weed isn't bad for you either - hence why weed's actually used for medicinal purposes in some countries. It has a lot of positive sides that many people seem to miss, and it's less destructive than drinking alcohol.
If you don't want to turn into a raging psycho the moment you run out, I would suggest you see a therapist. Maybe he or she can help you determine the cause of your outbursts and anger issues. Maybe a therapist could even help you find a way to deal with your problems. Just an idea, in case you don't want to live your life perpetually stoned :)
It won't last; in the long run it will only make it worse. Unfortunately, the boring sensible people are right.
