That was actually a fad in the 1970's, called streaking. Only they ran naked in PUBLIC places!

I remember Ray Steven's song in 1974 "The Streak" that depicts it.

Nudity is actually pretty interesting. And natural. To have those urges is normal, I think, but you might get arrested if you try it in the street. :) Try a nudist colony - you'll be recieved with open arms.
