I hate reality and want to escape it so bad. I feel like everyone hates me. I want to escape to a fantasy world where no one could hurt me or make me sad. I want a world where there is no sadness, loneliness, pain, etc.

Look into lucid dreaming. I'm sure you'd gain something from it.

I know the feeling. As I can't move to Pandora, I deal with it through solitary therapeutic pursuits.....craftwork, hiking in amazing places, books that take me where I'd rather be. Sometimes it's depressing that I can't actually go to fantasy land, but really, if I could, things wouldn't be perfect there either.....we must all learn to adapt.

Only the skilled can, it's great for thought and thought processes. Great men have mastered this ability (most oddly are pisces) such as Newton or Einstein.

It's perfectly natural to want to get away and live in a perfect world. I've never had the feeling that people want to abuse me, but I have definitely felt everything else that you mentioned. Just remember though. It's the bad experiences that really make the good memories and feeling truly special to us. Even if you're in a bad spot, there are always going to be good things to look forward to in the future, and because you've been down, they'll be that much sweeter. If everything was perfect all the time, then there would be no point in doing anything. We would get tired of life if there were only butterflies and rainbows. I suggest that whenever you feel down, just talk to some of your closest friends about something. Anything will do, it doesn't have to be about how down you are. It just helps to have someone there that you know cares about you. I don't know you, but I care about you too. Hope this helps

I have felt similar feelings.

We are given very few tools to learn how to manage our inner lives in healthy ways.

These have helped me: talking to people in safe environments, writing my feelings and thoughts until they run out of juice, learning to question what I perceive as reality - sometimes the real downer is my interpretation of what's happening, letting go of expectations of specific outcomes - and accepting what happens sometimes it's even better, learning to be more compassionate with myself, getting enough sleep, getting treatment for low testosterone - I'm 45 - I had no idea how dramatically hormones affect mood.

Find some DMT.

People like you can easily become alcoholics or addicts to escape the pain of everyday living. Seriously, I would suggest some therapy to unearth the causes of your unhappiness.

Very normal. Reality isn't always so bad. Why do you feel that everyone hates you?
