Stress can cause it, could also be a sign of depression. I went through a short episode, couldn't keep down half a toast. Try to carry bite sizes snacks, veggies and fruits (not cooked), drink sugary drinks high in fructose-glucose without caffeine to try and activate your reward system, exercise (not for body, but for endorphins). I thought I had reflux, but it wasn't it. If it keeps going I say (how old are you?) talk to the doctor who may recommend meds to boost your appetite or refer you to a psychiatrist or determine a different underlying cause, I ended up using cannabis (moderation, don't go and turn into a stoner, take a bit for it's health benefits) which has been proven to improve appetite; not comfortable with smoking? Make a tincture
If it's not an eating disorder.. what is it?
