It's all about perception. In my opinion a lot of those qualities aren't perfect, such as being an extrovert. Also, how is immaturity a good thing?

You are, obviously, perfect in your own eyes, and I am sure you are perfect in someone else's eyes as well. Are you black? The fact that you think being brown and having an afro is "imperfect" is normal, although most people would disagree with your statement. America is a superficial country. The media shows us more beautiful, white women than they do dark women.
