The weird thing is I never do it! I swear I would never do this to my sister, I like for her to look nice! Also she has been blaming me for months and when she isn't blaming me its mom! here's one of the examples of her blaming me: Today, she left her house shoes for like 5 minutes in my room(and I was in the bathroom at this time!) and 'suddenly' she has a huge cut in the back of the house shoes. 2. Her new shirt suddenly got a huge hole in it. 3. Her sons new shoes got cut too. All these things she blames ME for and I am sick of it!! I feel like beating her up because obviously when I tell her I would never do it she doesn't believe me!! what should I do to get her to believe it's not me??

Seems like your sister has nothing constructive going on in her life if she's going out of her way to do this to you. I would suggest hidden cameras, but that never works. If your an adult, I think the best thing you can do is move out.
