Okay so i am have Egyptian and half Sudanese woman and i am OBSESSED with being perfect , that i excel in everything i do , i have 1000+ interests and feel like my capabilitis are limitless ,is it normal , or do i have bipolar or is it narcissism ?

I have no idea what bipolar disorder has to do with any of that, but it does sound a lot like narcissistic personality disorder. That being said, don't ask random strangers online to diagnose serious mental illnesses based on a short blurb. See a damn therapist if you want the answer to that question.

Your grammar isn't exactly perfect.
I doubt it's narcissism. If you are acknowledging that you could have narcissism, you are acknowledging that you have a dissorder, which narcissists wouldn't admit to.

You may be arrogant, but I severely doubt you're bipolar or a narcissist.

You might be arrogant, or you may just be driven to do better, maybe both.
