When I use my phone at night I tend to either lay on my side or on my back. I haven't stopped laying on my back (more comfortable) because I'm still debating whether or not I'm just paranoid about radiation exposure. When I'm holding my phone up, after an hour or so I feel short, and mild (mild enough to notice but not to call 911) poking/tingling in my heart (either holding the phone in my left hand or both). I can't just stop using my phone.

Definitely not healthy to keep doing that. Why not rest on your stomach, with your arms around your pillow? Wouldn't have to hold the phone up.

It's more concentrated than aching muscles. It's in my heart. Also I like your accent.
