So now that I'm older I'm so irritated with movies, magazines, and tv shows. I'm irritated because everybody always looks the same. Blonde blue eyed woman with brunette white males. I feel like society is saying that this is the only kind of beautiful. Sometimes I refuse to watch movies, tv shows or buy magazines because of this. So is it normal? Do other people feel this way?

I think this is particularly true for female actors. Men are allowed to be a bit odd looking if they're a good actor, but women rarely are. It annoys me too, but it annoys me on behalf of all the great female actors out there who don't get a part because their face doesn't fit. And I feel sorry that I don't get to see good acting in a film because it's been sacrificed for the sake of turning it into a beauty pageant.

It's normal. I've never been attracted to a guy with red hair before, but for once I'd like to see a guy with red hair on tv, and a girl with dark hair and dark eyes instead of the regular barbie and ken.

I agree with you. I find most Hollywood movies bland a distasteful as they have horrible story lines and all of the actors look the same. I don't find any of these people attractive, they're all copies of each other.
