Whenever I eat/drink, I count how much money each bite costs. For example, if I buy a bottle of water for $1 I think that every sip is worth $0.10

I knew someone who did the opposite. She had to peel off all the price label stickers before putting things into the fridge. I know that she had debts to pay off and I guess she didn't want to be reminded of how much things cost before eating.
