IIN to feel embarrassed at crosswalks?

I don't know about the rest of the world but I feel totally embarrassed to cross the street in a busy cross walk. When the sign says to walk, I find myself looking down and I won't dare to look at the drivers looking at me. I can't tell if I feel guilty for making them wait or what.
Do you think it's normal?

Imagine what you think about strangers you see crossing the street. That's all other people think of you. Nothing scary.

Screw them YOU have to walk at like what 3 MPH max? They can drive ant like 100MPH they should feel the way you do not the other way around

XD I feel the same way! I don't want everyone looking at me, so I hate crossing the street when it's busy. Totally normal.

I get anxiety sometimes when there is a lot of traffic around. That's why I can't drive. I don't know how normal it is, but you're not the only one who feels funny about it!

I do the EXACT same thing. I don't know what it is but sometimes when I'm crossing I just get this embarrassed feeling. It even happens when I'm in a food court by myself or waiting for a friend to order. I can't help but to feel everyone is staring at me >.

lol, i think this is completely normal.

i always get uneasy, and somewhat embarrassed while crossing the street. or even walking down the sidewalk. i always try to keep my head down, and not look at the person/group of people.

i feel even more awkward when the people are around MY age l:

If they are looking at you its because there is nothing else to do. They can't drive and you are probably the only thing moving.

I have the same thing though...

i feel eactly the same way, but its not only on a busy crosswalk, its also when theres no one on the sidewalk, just the drivers, im always scared that they'll b thinking something bad about me, so i keep my head down :P
