IIN for me to have been depressed when I wasn't reading the Hunger Games?
I felt like life was boring and when I read it life was complete. I felt like no other book will ever be as good and I got depressed when I wasnt reading it and I didn't want to do anything else!
I managed to pace myself with book 3 and slow myself down and I was no longer obsessed
But I read book 1 and 2 in less than a week (normally it would take me atleast a month to finish one of those books!)
Am I crazy or were the hunger games really that good? I can't possibly be the only one? Right...?

But, anyway, to answer your question, I would say just go back and read them again. Maybe you'll get something different out of them the second time around.
The unfortunate thing is that the threshold for quality is just getting lower and lower. Case in point: Twilight, 50 Shades of Bullshit, etc. Stupid sells well, though...
I think you are alright. You'll have a bookhang over for a while but find a different book (not a series) and you'll get over it(:
