I really have a hard time following lyrics to music. I can listen to a song 50+ times but still not know 90% of the lyrics. When I listen to music no matter what genre its all about the rhythm of the song not what the lyrics are saying to me. I even read the lyrics as I listen to the song to understand it better, but end up forgetting the lyrics and just remember the message of the song.

I have a friend that does this. Drives me insane, I can correct him on the lyrics and five seconds later he forgets them and just sings them his own way!
