This has been happening for a few days: I end up staying awake till 5/6am for whatever reason, and I have to get up to pee at least three times in the night.
I'm 23, female and don't have any health problems with my urinary system as far as I can tell, and am also generally healthy as far as I know.
I usually find that even if I only drink a small amount I have to pee soon afterwards.
Please help: this is driving me mad!

but if it does bother you then its probably a good idea to go to a doctor to get tested for infections because you can have an infection and have no symptoms.
Anyway, we'll see.
Try not to drink before sleep and go to the bathroom as often as you can during the day. Relieve stress through working out and drink plenty of water during the day because it helps prevent cancer and whatnot, water is more beneficial then most people think.
Also, you could have a small bladder, or a very sensitive one. My advice is to go to the doctor and have them do a urine analysis and Ultrasound, just to be sure there aren't any underlying reasons.
But frequent urination is a symptom of UTI. not that you have one based on the info present. Does this only happen at night? or is it all day long. Have you been having sex?
Regardless, a UA and ultrasound are a bit extreme at this point. (unless you have more symptoms now as its a week later) Give your urinary track a good flush. Stop drinking caffeine and sugary drinks. Stick to water and herbal tea. Drink cranberry juice (real, not heavily sweetened) or get the capsules.
And for the skeptics- cranberry has been proven to cure UTIs. It has a chemical component that prevents bacteria from sticking to walls of your bladder (and other parts). The bacteria can still grow, but if you flush with water and don't feed it sugar- you will pee it out.
