Normal as, I am exactly the same. But then I found the secret of weight loss/stating slim, and it's not eating less. The reason you have no energy to exercise is because you're not eating. Try eating in moderation, don't starve yourself hey because that doesn't work, I've tried that. Eat normal serves of food and exercise more and you'll never get fat. Best of luck :-)
