I'm always shaking , sometimes more , sometimes less, i shake a lot when doing something meticulous or when i'm nervous. when i'm calm i shake just a bit.
but i always shake, if i hold a pen on the air i can tell.
I hear dancing can calm the nerves, but it is normal the be nervous over certain things. If your shakes are a little over the top, i would suggest see a doctor the some advice, or some mild mood lighting pills. Of course the Cronic can always mellow you out.
Is it your hands that shake? If so then we have the same problem! I went to the doctor and he just suggested anxiety then sent me to a therapist that did'nt help a damn thing! My personal opinion is that it's the way our bodies handle stress/pressure.
i am like this. it's so embarassing because i shake even when not nervous or anything, but then people think i'm nervous "why are you shaking? we're just riding the bus..."
i have no idea why it's like this. maybe see your doctor?
i have that problem but i think it is cause i take speed. uhh this is a bad comment sorry.
wait no you might have some type of muscle problem or something or you should drink more water, how old are you cause it may be a chemical problem or your muscles may be growing.
My hands are never, ever steady - and when i get nervous they, along with my thighs/knees, shake terribly. I'm not sure if they're connected to my high anxiety which I already know about and deal with - or whether the unsteady, slightly shaky hands are a different and perfectly normal thing.
I don't drink or take any other drugs - or even a lot of sugar/ caffeine - so it's nothing to do with that!!
I recommend doing breathing exerices (google that for more info) if you need to relax your muscles and feel as calm as possible. It will help your general mentality as well as reducing anxiety induced shaking.
What i was using was a figure of speech, a hyperbole: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hyperbole
by priest i mean that i don't have vices and live a pretty relaxing/boring life - including Celibacy .
