An exhibitionist is somebody who's aroused by exposing themselves to strangers or having sex in front of other people. Also, I imagine it depends on where you are, but you can get arrested for indecent exposure without touching yourself.

I know some one who got really turned on by having sex in public places. Not when other ppl were around but places where ppl might stumble on him and his girlfriend while they ere going at it .
