Is it normal to imagine having a conversation between you and another? And like reply to yourself with what you think they might say. Not necessarily aloud, but in your head.
Do you think it's normal?

Aye, I think it's normal, I do it when I'm nervous about talkin to someone and am scared to say the wrong thing
I do it as well lol don't think its normal though,it happens when i'm on my own bored n there's no one to speak to so ya just make up a load of bull up to yourself lol
0Yeah I think it's perfectly normal, especially if your nervous or anticipating the way you think a conversation is going to go.
I do that all the time, either to recite what I'm going to say or to replay a conversation that already happened.

I'm pretty sure it's normal.
Yeah, I did that when I found out I was pregnant. Had to go through all the reactions my boyfriend would have.

I still do it when I have to prepare to tell somebody some sort of news.
Yes, this is completely normal. I do this, but I do it aloud. So I really wouldn't worry about it !
i do this too, a way to analyze the possible reactions a conversation might happen. i do it just because! not because i am nervous, but to see later if i know the person as much to know what they would say :)
:3
I do this a lot and my friend has admitted to me that he does this as well...i think its normal...SOMEONE READ MY POSTS...I NEED TO KNOW IF WHAT I DO IS NORMAL
yepp, normal.
yep its normal
i do it when im nervous and not sure how to tell someone something
i do that alot,, mainly rite before i go to sleep..
and only the stuff that im kinda excited about..
:)
I do it every second of every minute of every hour of every day. But then again, I'm pretty weird...and schizophrenic.

It doesn't really matter anyway, all it means is that you're charming company, just like I am.
yup do it all the time duude haha :)
I can so relate to this :) its normal :) at the end of the day it shows you care enough to plan ahead in the conversation.
91%...heck yeah, this my favorite post
i guess u dont really need my comment but im gonna leave one anyway :P
Yes, everyone does it. Its to do with your conscience. Most people do this to rehearse something they need to remember or something they may have to combat in, say, a debate or in court.
In some cases people have a bit of a "role play" thing going on there. I guess it all depends on how big of an imagination someone has.
As a writer, I often think up conversations that would sound well with the story i am writing.
hehe. that last part had nothing to do with this but oh well.
take care all
yeah i do it all the time hahah. on the herbal essences shampoo bottle there's a fact that the #1 person you'll talk most to in life is yourself. So, i'd definantly say it's normal.
Thats really interesting Mymixedtapex3
I'd say it's normal, but I wouldn't say it's healthy...It separates you more from the person you're talking to because your current interaction is being viewed through the lens of the script you came up with in your head.

Better to let the conversation flow naturally. More of a genuine connection that way.
Lol I do that too, I kinda make up jokes ,,about what they might say....
i think i do that on msn 24/7
I do it just about all the time. lol
Wow, i do that all the time ever since i was little but now that i am a psychology major i realise this is just how i deal with my shyness and in security over meeting new people and starting conversations. very effective btw.
It is a great way to work out problems or try something you want to tell others and have it just right
Lol...I do that allll the time. I though I was sad or something. I hope its normal because I do it.
i do that all the time...
just to get it what would've happened in case
or how well versed i could have been
