I know people who just lay down in bed and are asleep within five minutes. That's not me. It's takes me at least fifteen minutes of lying in bed before I feel even remotely drowsy. Is this just a mild case of insomnia, or are there a lot more people like this out there?
I however have night where it can take me a couple hours. I consider that a mild case of insomnia.

The longest I've gone without sleep is 5 days. You are not suffering from insomnia. You are lucky.
