Do you think ts normal that all of a sudden a story or melody pops in my head.. It gets really hard to concentrate ok class but sometimes a
Musical melody or a story pops I'm my head , and I get the urge to were it down on notebook or staff. I think it's really strange .. I mean it's not a story or melody I've ever heard of I just make it up as I go and the weird thing is the song or melody is as detailed I'm my mims as lines ok a drawing I can hear the cymbals crashing chimes
Ringing the tubas playing whole notes violins playing a beautiful melody..... Weird huh? Is it normal? Or maybe I'm just plain weird

I tend to get tunes pop into my head which reflect my thoughts or mood at the time. Kinda funny really, I have noticed it happen to an ex-friend also, but not to the extent it does for me.

It is, and it is not. It is not normal in a healthy state of the nervous system, but it is quite a common occurrence in people with a weakened one, out of stress, lack of enough or good quality sleep, deplection of Complex B vitamins, over-worrying or over-sensitiveness. It is a mild form, but many a time annoying and disturbing, of compulsive-obsessive and schizoid situation. The best is to try to strengthen the nervous structures and biochemistry and get over it.

Same thing with me but I Aldo have ADD so it's already hard to pay sttention but I randomly will make a beattape my feet and use pencils as sticks
