Its kind of a friend/feeling/relationship issue but.. i cant hurt people, i am a sensitive male(not gay) and cant hurt people, not even for self defence.
the only time i ever hurt people is when i get bullied/annoyed so much that my anger gets the best of me and i.. well.. attack.
my urge to attack/hurt someone is only brief.
is it normal?

It is normal. I am sensitive, some people are some people aren%%u2019t. It is normal to want to be a good person, befriending and caring for people. Getting angry and frustrated is normal as well, but if you start getting angry allot of the time then it could turn into a problem which you can get help for, but it doesn't sound like you do :)

A punch bag would be your best investment. You never want to hurt anyone ESPECIALLY when sometimes your anger gets the best of you. You need to deal with that anger in a healthy way. But that is normal.

Yes, you are a harmless, kind, considerate person. Everyone blows up from time to time. If you really are worried about this, try releasing some of your stresses by writing or music.
