The feeling is almost definitely unrelated to the smoking of weed. Any effect on long term behaviour would have manifested itself much sooner. Plus, cannabis has a safety profile that even paracetamol should be jealous of. Unless you are entering some kind of episode, my prediction is that you'll be find and dandy in a week.
