My boyfriend's cat had kittens, and we found homes for all. Right now there's the mom cat, a girl kitten which we're keeping, and a boy kitten which we're watching until his new owner's house is ready. They're about two months old, and I noticed that the boy cat tries to hump his mother!! The worst part is, she doesn't shoo him away...she lets him try to nurse and all (they're on solid food now)...and half the time she instigates it..holding him down and licking him down there, and acting "in heat" towards him...meowing and sticking her butt in the air towards him, etc. Then when the girl kitten gets curious and comes over, the mother shoos HER away...
We're getting them all fixed in about a month or so, and we always spray him with water when he tries to do that, but we're not always there & awake 24/7...it's just disturbing!! Any other instances of this??
