I was lightly scratching at an itchy spot on my skin, then when I looked at it, I realised that the spot was where a mole was supposed to be, but it turned into what looks like a scab. Actually, I'm not entirely sure that it is a scab because it's so tiny, but it is raised and has gone a little darker, and I could probably pick it off if I wanted to (which I don't). It was itchy for a few days, but it hasn't been for a while.
I will be going to a doctor to get it checked out, but I was wondering if anyone else has had a mole that changed similar to the way that mine has. I've done an internet search and haven't found any images or descriptions of moles that look or sound like anything I have.
